All photos were taken by myself during the time of my trip through Georgia in 1999. The slides were taken by my reflex camera. Because I don't have a slide-scanner, I made copies of the photos by a digital camera. This is producing better results than the usage of a normal flatbed scanner with a transparency adapter. Unfortunately the quality of the pictures is not so good as the quality of the original slides.

The pictures were a little bit modified with Gimp. The native georgian character were created with LaTeX. All pages was edited with vi and generated through WML. I have copied the map with friendly permission from David A. Mchedlishvili. He is publishing this (and other stuff) at http://members.tripod.com/ggdavid/.
